Sun Coast Sciences is seeking a motivated Phone Sales Agent to join our Restock team in Mexico. You will contact existing customers, secure reorders, and personalize conversations based on purchase history to maintain routine purchases.

The role features base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential, and requires calling across phone, text, and email while maintaining CRM records and hitting weekly/monthly targets.

Responsabilidades

• Call, text, and email existing customers to secure reorders.
• Manage an assigned queue of reorder opportunities daily.
• Review purchase history before dialing to personalize conversations.
• Recommend right products and quantities based on customer routine.
• Suggest complementary products to increase order value.
• Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to drive conversions.
• Build rapport with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and meet sales targets.
