Kids2 is seeking an Account Manager - Pharmacy Channel Mexico to drive profitable growth and lead the realization of the sales plan in the Mexican pharmacy sector.

You will collaborate with internal teams and key accounts to develop annual Joint Business Plans, manage pricing and promotions, and secure distribution and shelf presence across channels. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience leading Pharmacy Channel operations and growth.
• Strong commercial/account management experience in FMCG or related sectors.
• Financial and analytical skills to manage account profitability and investments.
• Omnichannel experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge and use of AI tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve profitable sales and share growth aligned with sales plan goals/objectives.
• Define growth strategy for the Pharmacy channel in Mexico – revenue, margin, and distribution goals.
• Build and execute annual Joint Business Plans with key pharmacy accounts, including targets and KPIs.
• Ensure price, portfolio, and positioning consistency within the omnichannel strategy.
• Develop effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams; forecast with demand planning.
