Job summary

Qualifications

• Material planning and inventory control decision making are essential.
• Experience with product launches, pre-series, and project management is required.
• PFEP (Plan For Every Part) management and material planning expertise is needed.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management are required.
• English level required: B2; Spanish level: C2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, Suppliers, Planning, Process Engineering and other teams to ensure EPC/C/O implementation and Pre-Series activities.
• Analyze and coordinate material requirements for Pre-Series builds, engineering changes, and launches to ensure timely availability.
• Document and maintain records for Engineering Product Changes, Pre-Series activities, and launch results with traceability.
• Provide technical support to plant personnel involved in Engineering Changes, PFEP activities, and Pre-Series events.
• Lead and follow up on pilot units, Pre-Series builds, and launch activities to meet milestones and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to PFEP, material planning, and Engineering Change processes.
• Manage and maintain PFEP processes, ensuring logistics parameters and supply strategies are defined for all part numbers.
