Job summary

You will monitor performance, readiness, and governance while working with cross-functional teams in a diverse, global organization.

The role involves APQP activities, launch readiness, and continuous improvement to sustain production stability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• APQP knowledge and Launch Readiness activities.
• Risk assessment and prioritization.
• Technical reporting, presentations, and data visualization.
• KPI tracking and action item management.
• Experience with supplier quality processes (PFMEA/DFMEA).
• English level: C1, Spanish level: C2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality components.
• Lead APQP activities and readiness reviews for new launches.
• Maintain supplier audit schedules and quality records for compliance.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and process capability initiatives.
• Analyze key supplier metrics and manage corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
