SEGULA Technologies in Saltillo, Mexico, is seeking a PFEP/Data Master Specialist to lead mapping and optimization of logistics master data in SAP, ensuring accurate data and seamless material flow between ERP and plant operations.

You will design the PFEP matrix, establish data governance, and coordinate Gemba verification to align SAP MM/WM/PP master data with production needs for lean, reliable material flow.

Formación

• 3+ years in plant logistics, warehouse management, or packaging/materials engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Solid proficiency in SAP ERP (MM, WM, and/or PP).
• In-depth understanding of PFEP and Lean manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas; VBA/Macros a plus).

Responsabilidades

• PFEP strategy & architecture development for the plant.
• Design, build, and optimize the centralized PFEP matrix for SKUs.
• Define consumption and replenishment logic (Kanban, JIT, etc.).
• Maintain PFEP database to reflect ECOs and line changes.
• Configure and audit SAP MM/WM/PP master data; validate BOMs.
• Investigate discrepancies between SAP and shop-floor inventory.
• Align parameters like Safety Stock and Reorder Points in SAP.
• Conduct Gemba walks to validate digital vs physical layouts.
• Document container validation and space utilization.
• Audit supplier packaging and streamline unload/put-away.
• Collaborate with lineside and warehouse teams to optimize flow.
• Define efficient binning, slotting, and picking routes.
