Job summary

Marelli is seeking a MFE Preproduction Manager to join the NAFTA Preproduction team, reporting to the Sr Manager Pre-Production Engineering Strategy. Based in Juarez, the role will lead regional machinery management strategies and drive reliability and capacity planning.

You will standardize equipment specs, implement PM/PdM, lead audits, and coach multi-site teams, traveling up to 70% within NAFTA. The position offers a fast-paced, international environment and opportunities to shape future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing/mechatronics engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, machinery management, reliability engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional machinery management strategies across NAFTA facilities.
• Establish and standardize equipment specifications, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Develop long-term asset management, refurbishment, replacement, and lifecycle plans.
• Maintain visibility and control of critical equipment health and performance.
