Jobtailor is seeking an HR Operations professional in Mexico City to serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and manage data across HCM systems with precision.

You will ensure compliance with labor regulations and privacy standards while supporting system improvements, reporting, and documentation such as contracts and starter packs. Fluency in English and knowledge of HR processes are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency for business communication.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with high accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital HR support models and ticketing systems.
• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries via multiple channels.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry across various HCM systems with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with policies, labor regulations, and privacy standards.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and new HR modules/features.
• Resolve employee queries within defined KPIs and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership decisions.
• Manage the People Operations inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Create employment documents such as contracts, starter packs, and termination letters.
