Jobtailor in Mexico City is seeking an organized Operations Professional to support daily tasks, coordinate across teams using Slack and Google Drive, and help implement scalable workflows that reduce manual effort.

You will assist with onboarding checks (KYC/KYB/AML), data entry across systems, and KPI monitoring, collaborating with customer service, risk, and finance to resolve issues quickly. Strong analytical, Excel/SQL/Python skills, and a sense of humor are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operational tasks and ensure seamless execution of processes using Slack and Google Drive.
• Assist onboarding procedures including KYC, KYB, and AML checks with compliance alignment.
• Execute data entry and maintain accurate systems and records.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend changes to streamline workflows.
• Assist in generating reports related to performance and monitor KPIs, escalating delays as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide operational support to departments such as customer service, risk, and finance.
