Jobtailor in Mexico City seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across its leadership team. You will partner with first- and middle-management to drive employee engagement, performance, and workforce planning while navigating Mexican labor regulations.

The role requires strong consulting skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRBP, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment policies and relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience partnering with managers and influencing decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience working in a matrixed or multinational environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational HR partnership to business leaders and employees across Thomson Reuters.
• Provide operational consultancy to first-line and middle managers and the wider HR community.
• Support the designated business unit in delivering the HR cycle, including bonus/pay review, talent management, performance management, and employee surveys.
• Develop solutions from factual backgrounds and fundamental principles.
• Provide expert knowledge and direction across HR disciplines to first- and middle management.
• Develop independent reports and analysis for workforce planning.
• Contribute to projects as a team member with ownership of designated elements.
• Advise first- to middle management on medium- to higher-complexity employee relations matters.
• Direct and coach more junior HR colleagues.
• Lead and coordinate employee engagement events, wellbeing initiatives, and local People programs.
