Aptiv is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Monterrey to support the Global People Operations team. You will manage HR transactions in Workday and Oracle, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other COEs.

The role emphasizes process improvement, reporting, and compliance with strong English, 3+ years HR experience, and US HR practices experience. Growth opportunities accompany a competitive health package.

Formación

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Workday with hands-on experience in managing employee transactions.
• +3 years of HR experience.
• Advanced English.
• US HR experience is a MUST.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office Suite tools.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain employee life cycle transactions in HRIS (Workday and Oracle) with proper approvals.
• Monitor onboarding to ensure required documents are submitted with IT and Payroll.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality in HRIS.
• Handle contingent workforce data (hires, terminations, extensions).
• Support employment verification and government requests.
• Assist with data audits and clean up.
• Support electronic employee file setup and maintenance per legal requirements.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline HR operations.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, TA, Compensation, and COEs.
• Respond to inquiries and direct complex issues as needed.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports from Workday for decision-making.
