Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within retail, complex, or multi-unit environments.
• Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering, ideally supporting retail or field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary HR point of contact for employees on people-related matters, providing guidance on policies, processes and lifecycle topics.
• Support leaders through coaching, feedback and performance improvement guidance.
• Mediate and support workplace-related complaints and allegations, including conduct, ethics and labor-related matters.
