Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, invites applications for a Human Resources Generalist in Mexico City. You will partner with HRBP, manage employee relations, talent development and engagement, and collaborate with Payroll/DP and Legal to ensure compliant HR practices.

The role focuses on workforce health, recruitment support, and development initiatives across multi-unit retail teams, driving Pandora’s culture and people strategy in market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within retail, complex, or multi-unit environments.
• Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering, ideally supporting retail or field-based teams.

Aufgaben

• Act as a primary HR point of contact for employees on people-related matters.
• Negotiate and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism.
• Partner with Payroll/DP and Legal to monitor labor relations topics and mitigate risks.
• Support leaders with coaching, feedback and performance improvement guidance.
• Lead engagement initiatives and internal communications to promote Pandora's culture.
