Suntory Global Spirits in Mexico is seeking an HR Coordinator to support talent strategies across development, training, diversity, and employee engagement. You will report to the Latam HR Manager and help attract, retain, and motivate talent throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role requires strong empathy, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset to drive HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and a Great Place to Work culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business.
• Fluent English written & spoken.
• Spanish written & spoken.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to employees and leaders in HR processes and policies.
• HRBP for Merchandisers; support labor relations and culture change.
• Participate in Diversity and Inclusion, Training & Development, Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Develop wellbeing and engagement initiatives to sustain Great Place to Work certification.
• Partner with cross-functional teams; drive HR program improvements.
