Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn Timekeeping System or similar platforms preferred.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and review employee timesheets in Timekeeping System
• Verify timesheet data for completeness and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in basic payroll processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
• Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding timesheets, pay, and payroll issues
• Provide high-quality customer service via email
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues
• Generate and update reports using Excel as needed
• Support audits and compliance efforts related to payroll processes
