PepsiCo Mexico is seeking an HR Ops Analyst to supervise US payroll portfolio services, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery while actively seeking efficiency gains.

You will drive the transition process, handle incidents, escalate as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain service levels and align payroll activity with company policies.

• Functional knowledge for HR processes (desirable).
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes; proactive communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise US payroll portfolio services and ensure timely payroll execution.
• Guarantee SLA timing and delivery while driving process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of PepsiCo US policies and labor legislation to optimize processes.
• Leverage technology to improve payroll efficiency.
• Serve as the escalation point for daily resolution issues and audits.
• Manage payroll-related processes (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations) with the operations team.
• Plan workload for extended team and monitor tickets to ensure SLA compliance.
• Upload and organize supporting documentation and payroll reports in TEAMS.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to supervise US portfolio services focused on Payroll leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities.

This position will be key in the transition process (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Stabilization) to ensure operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption.

Your Impact

As HR Ops Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Guarantee US portfolio services focused on Payroll execution.
• Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes.
• Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
• Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
• Ensure proper execution of (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations) processes through operational team:
  • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture incidence information in payroll system
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls
  • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
• Track and Report KPIS (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations) processes
• Plan and overview work load of extended team
• Act as point person for (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations) processes audits
• Manage and transact against payroll requests submitted through location specific payroll SPA boxes
• Upload, organize and ensure supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to Control requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field

Experience

• Functional knowledge for human resources processes (desirable)
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
