Job summary

• 4+ years in payroll and HR management or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN & CFDI)
• Ability to organize workload to meet objectives
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to explain payroll concepts clearly and respond to inquiries

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll definitions, codes, scheduling, tax and deductions
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards and Global Mobility for data quality
• Create policy/procedures and maintain learning material
• Extract and manage employee data for internal reports
• Perform pre‑payroll and production activities
• Support audits and ad hoc projects
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance
