Klar is hiring a Payroll Analyst to own the end-to-end monthly Mexico payroll cycle from our Mexico City hybrid office. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while coordinating with ADP and other providers, managing statutory processes, and supporting audits.

This role reports to the Senior People Operations Manager and offers a dynamic, international fintech environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting, 3+ years of Mexico payroll experience, strong

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Mexico, preferably in an international/fintech environment.
• Experience independently managing a monthly payroll cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation and statutory processes.
• Hands-on experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE and SUA.
• Experience with payroll CFDI requirements and payroll taxes.
• Experience preparing payroll reconciliations and closing.
• Experience working with external payroll providers; ADP preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining payroll evidence.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English level desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end monthly Mexico payroll cycle, from input collection through closing.
• Validate payroll inputs: new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions.
• Coordinate payroll processing with ADP and other providers.
• Manage statutory payroll processes: IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, CFDI and state payroll taxes.
• Prepare payroll-to-accounting reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll controls and audit-ready records.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll questions.
• Support special and annual payroll processes, including tax adjustments and year-end requirements.
