PepsiCo in Mexico is seeking a project coordination professional to drive transformation strategies for People Support Services, centralizing processes and ensuring compliance with policies.

You will coordinate projects, plan strategically, manage change initiatives, analyze processes, and support technology enablement, using English and Spanish fluently and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Formación

  • 2+ years in project coordination or management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in process mapping and business analysis.
  • Experience supporting change management with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables.
  • Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives.
  • Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

Drive People Support Services Transformation strategies by optimizing and centralizing support services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and end-to-end operational processes. Deliver added value through efficiency improvements and service excellence.

Your Impact
  1. 1. Project Coordination & Governance: Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables.
  2. 2. Strategic Planning & Communication: Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels.
  3. 3. Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives.
  4. 4. Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
  5. 5. Technology Enablement: Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • 2+ years in project coordination or management (Project Management certification desirable).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and supporting change management with stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and simplifying work processes.
