Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an HR Ops Associate Analyst to support payroll incidence consolidation across LATAM. You will ensure compliance with policies and legal guidelines, and deliver value-added HR processes for accurate payroll payments.

The role requires careful data handling across multiple legacy systems and close collaboration with Payroll and GI teams. Responsibilities include validating information, logging errors, generating control reports, and reconciling master data with payroll

Responsibilities

• Validate reception of information from legacy systems across all work locations for payroll payments.
• Document legacy system errors in logs and identify critical cases.
• Perform control reports to prevent incorrect payments.
• Run variation reports to detect deviations and undue payments.
• Compare employee master reports with payroll system and correct differences.
• Run vacation bonus reports to ensure correct payments.
• Verify payroll concepts per each payroll area.
• Record and correct payroll inputs and payroll preview data.
• Release definitive loads for payroll to Payroll team.
• Respond to Enlace tickets regarding payments and discounts.

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to support HR operation across LATAM for payroll incidence consolidation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee payroll processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.

Your Impact

As HR Ops Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Validate reception of information of the different legacy systems of all worklocations ensuring the necessary information for payment


• Document errors of legacy systems in log errors identifying critical cases


• Perform Control Reports as preventive control for incorrect payments


• Perform Variation Report detecting deviations that imply undue payments


• Compare employee master report and Payroll system, identifying differences and making the necessary corrections


• Run vacation bonus report ensuring correct payments


• Verify applicable concepts according to each payroll área


• Validate error log of payroll inputs; deriving in making corrections


• Release of information for generation of payroll preview


• Record corrections requested by Payroll Team and / or GIs on payroll preview


• Releases definitive load for payroll to Payroll team


• Response to Enlace's ticket assigned to the area for clarification of payments and / or discounts applied as

2nd experts level

• Registers in payroll system amounts for contingency payroll


• Preparation of log and reconciliation of incidents sent to PY for payment
