Cognizant is hiring an Analyst-Implementation to support Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements for US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring platforms across multiple Mexican cities including Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro and Mexico City.

Ideal candidates will have strong business analysis skills, experience in banking payments, and proven ability to lead client calls and manage stakeholders while delivering

Formación

• MUST have Banking, Cards & Payments domain knowledge and experience with item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items.
• Experience with multi-channel capture: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, change management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and bridge business and tech teams.
• Effective stakeholder and cross-functional management, client escalations, and sign-off accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, training and mentoring (senior levels).
