Jobtailor seeks a Warehouse Associate to ensure profitability and reliable parts supply across internal and external customers. You will control entries/exits, prepare orders, pack and ship, and verify material availability while maintaining 5S standards.

You will conduct cycle counts, record discrepancies, and support continuous improvements in warehouse processes, aiming to meet KPIs and ensure safe handling of chemicals where applicable. Travel 0-25% may be required.

Formación

• High school, TSU or Technical degree completed.
• One year in a similar position.
• Forklift operation (valid license desirable).
• Basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred).
• Experience in cycle counts.
• Office software management (basic to intermediate).
• Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem solving).
• Experience in handling chemicals (preferred).
• Desirable experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials.
• Required travel: 0-25%.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates expertise in warehouse management, ensuring profitability and reliability through effective customer service and compliance with KPIs. Proficient in material handling, cycle counts, and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
