Jobtailor is seeking a Supply Chain/Order Support professional in Mexico City to manage the Direct Ship supply chain and support parts sales. You will drive process improvements, track orders, and coordinate with DTNA Inside Sales and District Parts Managers to resolve issues.

The role requires strong MS Office and SAP skills, fluent English and Spanish, and solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Must have strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneNote) and SAP experience.
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C1) proficiency.
• Proven effective communication, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Business Administration or Supply Chain knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support DTNA Aftermarket sales by managing the Direct Ship supply chain.
• Provide parts sales support for Direct Ship orders.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and customer service.
• Own Direct Ship APCs, including order tracking, estimated ship dates, cancellations, and miscellaneous requests.
