Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Mexico City to be the operational lead across an assigned slate of deals. You will assess partner delivery, decide the appropriate delivery path (UI, API or vendor), guide first deliveries and set up repeatable processes for day-to-day operations.

You will balance partner experience with Netflix teams and vendors, ensuring clear handoffs and timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Clarify deal goals, asset and localization needs, timing, partner contacts and open questions with Business Development, Regional Merchandising and Content teams as deals move into delivery planning.
• Assess the partner’s ability to meet specs, compare their needs with Netflix’s system and identify what may need to be built for integration through UI, API or vendor delivery.
