Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Intern at the Tepeji plant. This part-time role supports employee experience, communication, and development initiatives, with 4-, 6.5-, or 8-hour options per day, and a 12 to 18 month duration.

The intern will help drive diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and participate in key projects from Day 1. The position offers an inclusive recruitment process, advanced English requirements, and the potential to transition to a full-time role

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Part-time with flexible working hours.
• Desire to contribute to HR, employee experience, inclusion and development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support communication strategies for annual performance, evaluation and growth cycles.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development.
• Follow up on business strategies and priorities quarterly, semiannually, and annually.
• Support HR projects including compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement programs, including EVE surveys and action plans.
