You will support employee engagement, training, and DEI efforts while contributing to projects with real business impact. Ideal candidates are current students in HR, business, or organizational psychology with advanced English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Support the communication strategy for annual performance, evaluation and growth cycles.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development.
• Assist HR projects including compensation transitions and talent development.
• Promote employee engagement programs and EVE surveys.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and volunteer programs.
