Procter & Gamble is seeking an Human Resources Intern at the Tepeji plant in Hidalgo. The role is part-time with flexible hours for students in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology, with a 12 to 18 month duration and a gross monthly salary between 9,000 MXN and 18,000 MXN, depending on the work schedule.

The internship focuses on employee experience, communication, talent development, training, diversity, equity and inclusion, with opportunities to contribute from day one

Formación

• Current students in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to manage performance objectives and success criteria.
• Experience coordinating meetings or events.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support communication, engagement, talent development, training, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at the Tepeji plant.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development and follow up on business strategies and priorities.
• Assist HR projects, including compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement and Employee Value Equation (EVE) surveys and actions to strengthen belonging.
• Support capability-building initiatives for administrative and technical employees.
