GRAMMER AG seeks a Painting Process Engineer to optimize finishing processes for automotive interiors and painting lines. You will program robots, balance lines, and ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining KPIs.

Responsibilities include creating technical docs, loading and testing robot programs, adjusting process parameters, diagnosing faults, and driving continuous improvement with a focus on safety and efficiency. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer degree required.
• Experience with painting processes and line balancing.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, or software faults in robotic arms.
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and update technical documentation (Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, FMEA, CP).
• Line balancing and painting robot programming.
• Design and load production line programs.
• Adjust process parameters and resolve defects in painting process.
• Jig design and process improvement evaluation.
• Diagnose faults in robotic arms and maintain KPIs.

Painting Process Engineer

What are your main tasks?

• Generate and update technical documentation such as Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Chart, FMEA, CP.
• Line balancing.
• Program and configure painting robots.
• Design and load programs on the production line.
• Adjustment of process parameters.
• Solution of defects in the painting process.
• Jig design.
• Evaluate the processes for which they are responsible to identify areas for improvement.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or software faults in robotic arms.
• Keep the KPIs of the area within the objective.
