GRAMMER AG in Tetla, Mexico is seeking dedicated production workers to support our automotive interior systems. You will join a global team and help meet production targets with focus on quality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for recording production data, operating lines, and following safety and equipment check procedures at the start of each shift. Prior experience in manufacturing is valued, as is teamwork and reliability.

Formación

• Middle/secondary education completed.
• About 1 year of industry experience.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Basic production knowledge.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production requirements in quantity and quality.
• Accurately fill records on production lines.
• Apply a reaction plan as needed.
• Check the status of machines and equipment, including safety, and review parameters with a start-of-shift checklist.

What are your main tasks?

• Meet the production requirement in quantity and quality.
• Perform the correct filling of the records on production lines.
• Apply a Reaction Plan.
• Review the status of machines and equipment including their safety, review of parameters with checklist tune-up at the start of the shift.
• Cumplir con los requisitos de producción en cuanto a cantidad y calidad.
• Realizar el correcto llenado de los registros en las líneas de producción.
• Aplicar el plan de reacción.
• Verificar el estado de la maquinaria y los equipos, incluyendo aspectos de seguridad y la revisión de parámetros mediante listas de verificación y ajustes al inicio del turno.

What are your qualifications?

• Middle and/or High School.
• 1 year in the industry.
• Teamwork.
• Production Basics.
• Educación secundaria y/o bachillerato.
• 1 año de experiencia en la industria.
