GRAMMER is seeking a Maintenance Manager to strategically lead plant maintenance across our production facilities in Mexico. You will monitor KPIs, drive predictive and preventive maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while coordinating spare parts and equipment integrity.

You will manage a team, implement TPM initiatives, oversee new machinery installations, and contribute to process optimization.

Formación

• Experience with TPM principles, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PMP.
• Understanding of costs, budgets and financial impact.
• Experience with new projects and plant improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically manage plant maintenance.
• Ensure the department meets its KPIs through performance monitoring and maintenance plans.
• Strategically manage the spare parts inventory control software, accounting for critical spare parts.
• Lead and define activities of reporting staff with a leadership approach.
• Oversee proper operation of machinery and plant equipment and address issues.
• Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective and improvement action plans.
• Plan, control, and monitor maintenance of the plant, machinery, and equipment.
• Comply with Quality Management System procedures and documentation standards.
• Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems.
• Report critical issues to management.
• Participate in process optimization activities.
• Apply TPM to production processes.
• Oversee installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Periodically update personal job descriptions.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.

Maintenance Manager

What are your main tasks?

• Strategically manage plant maintenance.
• Ensure the department meets its KPIs through performance monitoring.
  Ensure adherence to maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective).
• Strategically manage the spare parts inventory control software, accounting for critical spare parts.
• Manage and define the activities of reporting staff, employing a leadership-oriented approach.
• Oversee the proper operation of specialized machinery and plant equipment, and address any related issues.
• Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans.
• Plan, control, and monitor activities related to the maintenance of the plant, machinery, and equipment.
• Comply with the procedures and documentation standards of the company's Quality Management System.
• Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems.
• Report critical issues to management.
• Participate in process optimization activities.
• Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles to production processes.
• Oversee the installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Periodically update personal job descriptions.
• Participate in and oversee adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations applicable to the department.
• Represent management—internally and externally—at events related to the role.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.

What are your qualifications?

• TPM. Calculation of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PMP.
• Costs and budget
• Experience with new projects
• Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and/or related field
• More than 5 years of experience
