Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media campaigns for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handling bidding, testing, tracking, and the quarterly roadmaps. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate performance.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
