Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to lead end-to-end packaging material development projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets in alignment with local and regional/global programs.

You will bridge R&D, procurement, and operations, provide technical support to manufacturing, drive packaging innovations, and manage supplier development while strengthening process capability and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Eng, Chem Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
• 5+ years in packaging development, PM, or packaging manufacturing ops.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of packaging materials, test methods, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging material development projects.
• Define technical specs in SAP/PGSS and ensure cost/quality feasibility.
• Oversee QA/testing and first production runs (FPR).
• Provide manufacturing technical support and drive CAPA.
