Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Analyst, Logistics – Global Applications in Mexico City. You will support SAP logistics solutions, define processes with cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end IT initiatives across regions.

The role reports to the Associate Manager for Logistics within GIT and offers opportunities to lead complex projects, collaborate globally, and contribute to global supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical IT role developing, configuring, and implementing large-scale business applications.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics and execution processes, including 3PL Warehouse integration (EDI or API) and Transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Logistics business teams to define processes, gather requirements, and deliver technical solutions aligned with GIT strategies.
• Analyze, research, and resolve complex business requests using existing technologies while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and governance.
