Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico City is seeking a motivated Business Process Analyst to join the Global IT Supply Chain Logistics team. You will analyze requirements, deploy SAP logistics solutions, and drive process improvements across regions.

This role reports to the Logistics Associate Manager and collaborates with multiple global teams to plan and implement complex IT projects, including 3PL integration and transportation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical IT role developing, configuring, and implementing large-scale business applications.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics and execution processes, including 3PL Warehouse integration (EDI or API) and Transportation processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP enterprise systems and a drive to expand SAP knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Logistics business teams to define business processes and deliver technical solutions aligned with GIT strategies.
• Analyze, research, and resolve complex business requests using existing technologies while ensuring solution compliance with enterprise goals.
• Plan, lead, and implement multiple complex GIT logistics projects and global software bundles across regional subsidiaries.
