Midea LATAM North is seeking an experienced outbound logistics professional to optimize transportation, meet SLAs, and drive cost-efficiency across distribution centers and customers.

You will collaborate with inventory teams, leverage TMS and ERP tools, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced English and a degree in logistics are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in outbound logistics in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English; master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize transportation for cost-effective and timely delivery from distribution centers to customers and retailers.
• Meet delivery targets by maintaining high on-time delivery performance and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs by streamlining processes and negotiating with carriers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through accurate deliveries, tracking, and communication.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Leverage TMS and ERP tools to optimize routing and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across outbound logistics.
