Bacardi is seeking a senior logistics leader to oversee Latin America operations, including 7 warehouses and local transportation, with responsibility for import/export and regional governance. You will manage budgets, drive cost efficiencies and partner with procurement, sales, and planning to deliver service improvements across diverse markets.

The role requires strategic insight, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to ESG in the logistics network across the LATAM region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, operations or related field.
• Typically +8 years of logistics management experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong analytical skills and budget ownership experience.
• Proficient in ERP use for logistics, ideally SAP 4H.
• Experience managing 3PLs and external transportation suppliers.
• Experience in Mexico logistics and serving modern/traditional trade customers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, improve and operate the LATAM logistics network across multiple countries.
• Own regional budget lines and drive cost-to-serve initiatives.
• Lead 7 warehouses and local transportation in Latin America and oversee import/export processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Drive ESG and decarbonisation of the logistics network.
• Develop processes, standards and performance metrics across the region.
