Enovis is seeking a Bracing & Supports Product Specialist to provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to customers, sales reps, and patient end-users. You will troubleshoot complex questions, document issues, and support product launches while collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 1 year of clinical orthopedic experience, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nursing or related field required.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred in orthopedics.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work any shift between 5am–5pm PST.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers.
• Recommend products to customers, end-users, and field sales reps.
• Troubleshoot complex product questions and issues.
• Resolve escalated customer calls and document all issues in Agile.
• Provide product education to new hires and existing team members.
• Assist field sales with cross-references of competitor products.
• Process casting orders for custom bracing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, updates, and quality issues.
