Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking an experienced orthopedic product technical support specialist to assist internal teams, sales reps and end-users with advanced product questions. The role focuses on educating new hires, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating across Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales to ensure accurate information and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or related field, at least 1 year of clinical

• Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nursing or related field required
• Experience working with Orthopedic bracing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels
• Proficient in MS office suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers, Customer Care Associates, Sales Representatives and end-users via direct calls, Teams, faxes and email communications
• Provide orthopedic product technical assistance through emails and phone conversations
• Provide product recommendations for customers, end-users and field sales representatives
• Troubleshoot product questions and complex issues to provide resolution and improved customer service
• Handle and resolve complex customer issues and escalated customer calls
• Document and record all injury complaints within Agile
• Provide product education to new hired Customer Care Associates, existing Care team members and Enovis employees as needed
• Assist field sales representatives with cross references of competitor products
• Process casting orders for custom bracing
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams on new product launches, product updates, quality issues and general product information
