Enovis is seeking an experienced Bracing & Supports Product Specialist in Mexico to provide advanced orthopedic product support to customers, sales reps, and care teams. You will troubleshoot issues, offer product recommendations, document cases, and assist with new product launches and updates.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and advanced English communication skills.

• Provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Recommend products and solutions to customers, end-users and field sales.
• Troubleshoot complex product questions and issues to improve customer service.
• Document and record all injury complaints in Agile.
