TP is seeking an experienced professional to lead Organizational Development initiatives across the company. You will shape culture, develop talent, and align programs with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include designing development strategies, managing 180° diagnostics, leading inclusion programs, and partnering with stakeholders to drive change and talent growth in a multinational environment. Fluent English and Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in organizational development or HR roles with leadership program experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred for multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement organizational development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Design and update OD policies and procedures across the company.
• Identify high-potential employees and coordinate leadership programs.
• Conduct 180° evaluations, assessments, and other diagnostics.
• Design mentorship initiatives focused on women and vulnerable groups.
• Foster strategic thinking, change management, and effective communication.
• Drive innovation in talent development processes.
