Cognizant is seeking an Associate Consultant - Organizational Change Management in Mexico City for a hybrid role delivering learning, training, and adoption strategies to drive transformation and business value.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to design learning content, develop materials, facilitate workshops, and support readiness and adoption, ensuring successful change outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of consulting, learning, change management, or transformation experience.
• Experience creating learning content, curricula, and user enablement deliverables.
• Understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption principles.
• Experience supporting projects across cross-functional teams with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver learning strategies, training curricula, and adoption programs for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, and recommend learning approaches.
• Develop training materials, communications, knowledge transfer content, and other learning deliverables that support user adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions while supporting project readiness and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to practice development, proposal support activities, and cross-functional collaboration within the consulting organization.
