Job summary

Kraken Pro seeks a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to drive how traders discover and convert. You’ll own the funnel from first touch to first trade, partner with Product and Design to optimize UX, and lead a lean team with a product-first mindset. Focus is on brand-led, high-intent acquisition across channels with disciplined experimentation.

You’ll apply strong analytics, AI fluency, and deep trading culture knowledge to build scalable growth and measurable dashboards for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally fintech/crypto/trading or gaming.
• Product savvy: understand how products work and how to turn features into growth.
• UX instincts to spot friction and brief Product/Design on fixes.
• High AI competency to multiply impact and keep up with demand.
• Analytical rigor with funnels, cohorts, attribution and experimentation.
• Speed under pressure; markets don’t wait for approvals.
• Range across SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships.
• Taste: know which channels not to pursue and why.
• Familiarity with trading culture and trader language.
• Strong communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition; build and run SEO, content, social, community, referrals, partnerships.
• Map funnel from first touch to first trade; report findings and optimize wins.
• Make UX the edge; partner with Product and Design to improve sign-up, onboarding, and in-product moments.
• Acquire through brand; extend reach while building trust.
• Know the product cold and translate strengths into growth levers.
• Lead a lean, scrappy team; coach, unblock, and ship hands-on when needed.
• Run experiments across channels and funnel steps; double down on what works.
• Build dashboards and insights for leadership on growth drivers and next steps.
• Ship responsibly; coordinate with Legal/Comms for compliant messaging across regions.
