Kraken is seeking a community-focused trader's trader to actively participate in channels like Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and group chats. You’ll be the fastest voice in the room during market moves, posting with speed and accuracy and building trust with a dedicated trader audience.

You’ll lead an ambassador and power-user program, run AMAs and live sessions, and ensure timely feedback to Product with receipts from the community, helping grow a strong Kraken community.

Formación

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience. Crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools all count.
• You trade. Actual positions, actual scars. You can hold a conversation about funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency without reaching for a glossary.
• You write fast and well, with concise short-form and solid long-form content.
• You operate without a brief and thrive in a fast-moving, evolving company environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead participation in channels like Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and related chats.
• Be the fastest voice in the room during market moves; post with speed and accuracy.
• Build an ambassador and power-user program with market makers and high-volume traders.
• Run AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, and post-mortems; own the format.
• Feed Product with community receipts; push improvements to the PM with clear documentation.
