RHI Magnesita is seeking a proactive Order Management professional to join our team in Mexico. The role involves SAP order entry, logistics coordination, shipment documentation, and credit management to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams across plants, sales, and customers, handling payments, exports, and reporting while maintaining high accuracy and strong customer service. Excellent MS Office skills and SAP experience are required.

Formación

• Graduation with strong math basics is required.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills are essential.
• SAP SD and SAP S4Hana end-user experience required.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (written and spoken).
• Experience in Export/Import/Logistics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter sales orders in SAP according to sales data.
• Coordinate with plants for readiness dates, transportation, and forwarders.
• Create shipment bookings, verify Bills of Lading, and coordinate shipment dates.
• Coordinate payments with sales and customers and update SAP collections.
• Prepare export shipping documents for customs clearance.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness and set internal credit limits in SAP.
• Generate reports and troubleshoot processes.
