KION Group AG is seeking a Shipping Coordinator at our Monterrey, Mexico plant to plan, optimize, and coordinate outbound shipments across road, air, and ocean to ensure on-time delivery for client locations. You will be the primary liaison between GOM, buyers, carriers, and warehouse operations, delivering excellent customer service with strong SAP and Power BI data skills.

Experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics field is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
Customer-focused and able to communicate with clients and carriers.

Responsabilidades

Monitor inbound and outbound flow of materials at the Monterrey MX plant.
Plan and schedule weekly/daily outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
Communicate with client planners to coordinate shipment activity and expedite requests.
Track shipments and report status to clients and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
