RHI Magnesita is seeking a proactive Order Management specialist based in Mexico. You will enter sales orders in SAP, coordinate with plants, forwarders and customers, and ensure timely shipment bookings and payment settlements.

Responsibilities include preparing export documents, assessing creditworthiness in SAP, and generating reports to support efficient order flow. Strong MS Office and SAP expertise are essential.

Formación

• Graduation with fair knowledge in basic mathematics and its applications.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• End-user experience in SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent in English; Hindi and Bengali.

Responsabilidades

• Enter sales orders in SAP as per information from sales.
• Coordinate with Plants for readiness date, transportation, forwarder, customer and Sales for smooth supply of materials.
• Create shipment bookings, check Bill of Lading and coordinate with customer, sales and forwarder for shipment dates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with sales and customer for payments and arrange payment settlement in SAP.
• Prepare export shipping documents required for clearing material and submit to banks.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness and apply internal credit limits in SAP.
• Produce various reports and troubleshoot as part of the process.
