Teradata is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management & Billing professional to support accurate order booking, customer setup, and cloud marketplace transactions in a hybrid Mexico City role.

You will work with Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI, and cloud marketplace portals, coordinating with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other partners to ensure timely invoicing and comprehensive reporting.

Formación

• Experience in order management, billing, or related operational support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proven communication skills to document issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud marketplace processes and CRM/ERP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Add and maintain new customer addresses to support order booking and invoicing.
• Create and support orders in cloud marketplaces for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Learn and execute reporting activities across Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle, and related tools.
• Support data validation, tracking and follow-up for cloud customers and dashboards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, incl. AI-enabled projects.
