Teradata seeks a detail‑oriented Order Management & Billing specialist in a hybrid Mexico City role. You will manage customer data, support cloud marketplace orders, and ensure invoicing readiness while coordinating with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance to resolve issues.

You will develop reporting in Power BI and leverage Salesforce, Oracle, and cloud portals to improve processes and automation. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• Prior experience in order management, billing, customer Master/data maintenance, or related operational support.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI, and cloud marketplace processes.
• Ability to learn reporting, dashboards, data validation, and automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Add and maintain customer addresses to support order booking, fulfillment, invoicing, and related processes.
• Create and support orders in cloud marketplaces (AWS/Azure/GCP) per defined processes.
• Learn and execute reporting activities across Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle, and related tools.
• Support data validation, tracking, and follow-up for cloud customers and invoicing readiness.
• Participate in process improvement and AI-enabled automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and partners to resolve items.
