Manpower Business Professionals México is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead the North America Billing function in a GBS environment. The role focuses on standardization, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation across the billing process.

Responsibilities include governance of complex billing, driving AI and automation initiatives, ensuring SOX controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Order-to-Cash processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within GBS/SSC/CoE/BPO environments.
• Advanced English (required).
• Experience working with Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process optimization.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the North America Billing function and provide governance for complex billing processes.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, leadership and stakeholder management, problem-solving and change management.
