ABB is seeking a Senior Order Management professional in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. You will manage customer service activities, including order, technical, and payment-related issues, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Engineering to ensure complete case ownership.

You will lead post-sales and customer claims, provide solutions, and ensure proper documentation and archiving.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or CRM within manufacturing.
• Experience with Make-to-Order (MTO), customized or made-to-spec processes.
• CRM experience with cross-functional coordination; CRM certification is a plus.
• Advanced SAP knowledge; SAP transformation/migration projects preferred; Power BI proficiency.
• Background in Project Management with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management; experience developing and motivating teams.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal and external customer service activities, including technical support, order and payment-related assistance, and claims management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead post-sales and customer claims management; address factory issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure documentation related to orders is collected, archived, and decisions recorded in systems.
• Drive process improvements in order management within a manufacturing environment.
