ABB in Juárez, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Production Engineering Manager to lead optimization of assembly methods, processes, and equipment. You will ensure alignment with project targets, approve designs, and test finalized processes for both internal and external developed methods.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, Lean practices, and advanced English. You will drive supplier relations, cost reduction initiatives, and data-driven performance reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience leading teams and delivering improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead optimization of assembly methods, processes, and equipment.
• Ensure production processes meet project targets and design approvals.
• Improve external production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design optimized plant layouts to maximize productivity and safety.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers with negotiations.
• Drive operational improvement projects and report results.
• Document procedures with clear flowcharts for training.
• Implement RFID/SFX to increase traceability and efficiency.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial, or related field
